RW Act #5 – Individuals in Teams

1. Reflection

If I were to choose one driver from the list presented, for me I would choose Be Perfect as being the one more accurate with my personality. I tend to be detail oriented and like organization. I feel better when I room is organized, even my desktop only has two items, “This PC” and Trash.

2. Analysis

I really like being organized and detail oriented, I feel like this is a good quality to have. I believe this is a genetic or personality thing and not something that I have thought about it and decided to be this way.

I think that sometimes people tend to think that the way they are is the result of a reflection while for me most of the time is the result of genetics and things beyond their control. We tend to find the arguments afterwords to justify our behavior.
